Ask any brand practitioner, and the answer would probably be a resounding “yes.” After all, first impressions can make or break a deal, and having an office space that is properly aligned with your brand image is vital for projecting confidence and trust among consumers

This entirely depends on the current growth and level of your organization.

The interior, exterior and even the location come into play in projecting success. A fine building creates the perception of a growing company, while a commercial tower establishes your arrival in the corporate world. Similarly, an office in prominent areas such as Gulshan or Motijheel helps you be more noticeable as well as attract more high-value clients.

These offices also tend to have better pull on highly pursued individuals when hunting for certain people to join the organization.

Perception is a major key to success. If you can make others believe that you have the necessary facilities and functionalities to deliver on your promise – that you have a substantial investment and are confident in yourself – success will not be too far behind.
