Janata Bank Limited has observed the 46th martyrdom anniversary and the National Mourning Day on Sunday.
Janata Bank Managing Director and CEO Md Abdus Salam Azad paid homage by placing wreaths at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi in the Capital on Sunday.
After handing over the wreath at Mujib Corner, a discussion meeting was held with all the branches, area offices and divisional offices of the bank on the virtual platform, said a press release.
Janata Bank Chairman SM Mahfuzur Rahman took part in the discussion as the chief guest.
